Markets around Kigali should be installed with electricity bulbs so that business can carry on till the late night hours.

The rest of the business community has started working till the late night hours and so the markets should cope with the situation.

Once the markets are light up, customers will be assured of getting what they want at night. It is still quite hard to find any market operating beyond 5:00pm and yet it is the time most workers leave their jobs.

The country’s markets should be developed to be competitive with the rest of the East African Community.
