The way most middle class restaurants around Kigali city treat some of their customers is really ashaming and uncivilized.

One goes to an eating place of apparently tangible quality, only to be disappointed by the way the waiters and waitresses toss him/her around while mopping of sweeping the floors.

They can’t wait for any one to eat up their orders so that convenient hygiene activities are carried out. It is purely eating amidst wet floors under dusty atmospheres.

The responsible authorities should step forward to save customers from such injustices that are ever going unnoticed.
