APR vs Les Lionnes (Postponed)
WITH the top two out of action on Sunday, league debutants Remera Rukoma used the opportunity to close in after a thrilling 4-3 victory over Aspej in Rwamagana.
Rukoma, who moved to 17 points after the win, are now four points adrift of leaders and defending champions AS Kigali.
APR’s game against Les Lioness was postponed as the pitch was in use by athletes much to the chagrin of the military side coach Egidia Kayitesi.
"The federation should see to it that such cases do not happen again because they distort teams,” Kayitesi said.
In other matches, Muhoza thrashed Ruhango 4-0; Inyemera made light work of Rambura 3-0 while Rubavu was held to a 2-all draw by Bugesera.
