I have an issue to pick with conductors and motorcyclists in Kigali. For more than once I have been insulted for paying fare with fairly big notes. On other occasions I have been kept waiting for a motorcyclist looking for change.

It should be noted that a passenger is a consumer of their services and it’s the duty of the person selling not buyer to ensure that there is enough change.

Otherwise insulting a passenger for paying with a rwf 2000 or a 5000 bill is the poor customer care.
