AFTER winding up his official visit to different refugee camps in the Northern Province, Barcelona president Juan Laporta is expected to have a brief tour at the Amavubi academy before his departure later today.

Ferwafa’s Chief Executive Officer Jules Kalisa told Times Sport yesterday that Laporta’s visit is aimed at creating cooperation between the academy and the Spanish club.
In Rwanda, the Laporta charitable foundation has constructed sports facilities and care centers.

The refugee camps at Gihembe, Kiziba and Nyabiheke are jointly funded by the club’s foundation, UNHCR and ACNUR.
