From January 16th to the end of February, we spent our holidays in Rwanda. Everything we anticipated manifested itself in the best of our interests. From our transportation to hotel rooms and tours around the country, I experienced a new dimension of unique culture especially loving the Kinyarwanda traditional dance. The itorero were absolutely marvelous! There was nothing to regret.

One thing that struck me was the hospitality I was shown especially by the waiters at Bourbon Coffee shop. Finding a typical American meal in a foreign country is very relieving. The service was great and for many days I ate from this place.

Despite the stories I heard prior to my visit, it is with pleasure that I am informing you and the Rwandan public that everything went smoothly and well due to the service orientated support from the various people I met.

Friendliness and warm welcome is what I experienced during my stay in Rwanda. To be honest, I did not expect such an absolutely professional, reliable and friendly service in Rwanda. I had such a wonderful time in your beautiful country and we are pleased to see that Rwanda has developed so well.

I therefore congratulate the President, Paul Kagame and all Rwandese people for their support and motivation to change and make the country a better place to be. Rwanda is moving at a pace that is absolutely impressive.
