Veteran singer and songwriter, Intore Masamba has once again hit the headlines after performing a successfully in Bujumbura, Burundi last week. Masamba, together with Kidumu, a Burundian singer based in Kenya, released the hit song “Wapi Ye.” Masamba said he is currently busy preparing for the World Cup gig scheduled for June 11th, to July 11th.

Masamba, together with Kidumu, a Burundian singer based in Kenya, released the hit song "Wapi Ye.”
Masamba said he is currently busy preparing for the World Cup gig scheduled for June 11th, to July 11th.
"Recently, I performed in Bujumbura with my colleague Kidumu, but I’m now busy working on my world Cup songs, because Rwanda was chosen as one of the countries that will perform during the World Cup.”
He added that: "We are now selecting the finest musicians to represent Rwanda’s music industry.”
Masamba is the son of legendary cultural music icon Sentore. He has performed in various VIP music shows, across the continent.
