Equity Market

Yesterday, the Rwanda OTC market recorded a turnover of Rwf96,000 from Ksh600 KCB shares traded in one recorded transaction. The KCB shares remained at Rwf160. At the end of the session, there were no offers or bids.

Monday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 1,147,800 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of Ksh21.75 (Rfw162) and Ksh20.75 (Rwf154) and closed at Ksh21.25 (Rfw158).

The NSE All share index went up + 0.13 points to close at 78.62.

The Bond Market:

Today the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.

There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf100.50 but no buyers.
