Disi to run in Paris Marathon
RWANDA’S elite runner Dieudonné Disi is training in Eldoret, Kenya ahead of the Paris half marathon scheduled for March 7. It will be his second competitive event this year after last month’s Puerto Rico half marathon were he finished 6th. Disi told Times Sport that he chose to camp in Kenya because he wanted to train alongside Kenya’s elite athletes not forgetting the high altitude.

RWANDA’S elite runner Dieudonné Disi is training in Eldoret, Kenya ahead of the Paris half marathon scheduled for March 7.
It will be his second competitive event this year after last month’s Puerto Rico half marathon were he finished 6th.
Disi told Times Sport that he chose to camp in Kenya because he wanted to train alongside Kenya’s elite athletes not forgetting the high altitude.
"Here in Eldoret, I get to train with some of the world’s top athletes. The hilly terrain is also a plus when you are preparing for such top events.”
Over 27,000 participants are expected to take part in the competition where the winner will pocket 40,000 euros (Rfw31m).
Last year, the 29-year-old ran in the Paris full marathon, finishing 18th.
