AS Kigali play maker Chadia Uwamahirwe was on fire yesterday as she scored two goals in her team’s 3-0 mauling of Inyemera at Kicuriko artificial turf.

The 20-year-old has now scored eight goals in five matches, while striker partner Mefya Hakizimana is the league’s top scorer after her third goal yesterday took her tally to nine goals.

The Kigali city council side still enjoys a two point advantage over rivals APR, who also defeated Bugesera 3-0.

Strikers Annet Nakibugwe and Aime Flora Tuziyere got the military side’s goals to keep their side in contention.

Rambura and Ruhango got default points after Rayon Sport and Aspej failed to turn up for their league matches.

Rayon Sport, who are still chasing for their first league point, are still rooted at the foot of the league table.
