Recently, 27year-old Aloys Tubarimo a suspect serial killer who lives in Rukora village was arrested on November 26, 2007 in Bugesera District in the eastern Province, and is being held at Ririma Prison.

This young man admitted to have killed seven cyclists in a period of only two months and buried all of them in a pit in his garden. He adds that, he had in fact targeted eight people.

A number of people are left wondering as to why Tubarimo murdered several people in just two months.

One thing people out there must understand is that there is no reason convincing enough that will help them appreciate this man’s act. Rather, it is a wake up call for the citizens to be cautious of the presence of serial killers in our society and take heed; because the simple truth is that it is practically impossible to wipe them out of society.
