Many people would write the Letters page when they find a ‘problematic’ story. This time I just want to congratulate Sunny Ntayombya’s opinion in yesterday’s issue of The New Times.

I’m also convinced that that Rwanda Television (RTV) deal will only benefit the Japanese, who seek to disseminate their culture. Can you imagine how many local productions RTV could do with that amount?
