The Auditor General, Evelyn Kamagaju, will tomorrow present the Fiscal Year 2008 report during a joint session of Senators and Deputies at the Parliamentary Buildings, Kimihurura.

This yearly procedure regularly shows that various departments haven’t properly accounted for the funds they received.

I certainly hope that there is better news this time. I don’t want the same problems to be highlighted year after year.

If the same issues arise this year as well, I fully expect heads to roll.
