I want to express my disappointment over the continued poor Rwandatel Internet connection that has caused our work rate to diminish to a snails pace.
At first, I was leading my fellow employees in demanding that the company subscribes to Rwandatel so that we could be provided with the fastest Internet in the country.
Sadly, now that our company heeded our calls I’m regretting the fact that I urged it so.
With the new Rwandatel modems that the company bought for us, things have gone from bad to worse.
The Internet connection, which I once ranked number one in the country, is no longer so impressive. In fact, I think that these modems might have the slowest connection in the country now.
The Internet continuously disconnects without preamble. In fact, I’m really happy that there are so many telecommunication companies in the country now.
I’m afraid that unless Rwandatel does something about its Internet connection, it might lose hundreds of clients.
