Tigo should be more user-friendly
Editor, Tigo is much better than MTN and Rwandatel for internet use, especially if you are a casual user. However, I can’t imagine why a company would spend millions of dollars on a launch, and then have the most horrible scratch card imaginable. The seal used to laminate the airtime number really hurts your teeth when you use it. It makes a screeching sound, like nails on a blackboard.

A good launch could count for nothing if this isn’t changed- these difficulties can be enough to lose a percentage of the population.
It was clever to have 300, 500, and 1000 francs cards but they should have thought about the customer’s experience.
