Ecobank is still one of the leading banks in Rwanda and has very many ATM machines across Kigali. However, to my dismay, whenever I visit these machines to make a cash withdraw, I find them not working.

When someone withdraws money at night, it means they badly need it. So you can imagine how frustrated I get because I have end up not having money when I need it the most. I’m sure I am not the only one angry client.

Secondly, Ecobank’s Remera Branch is very tiny compared to the number of clients they receive daily and there is no AC system either.

I hope that Ecobank opens a bigger and better aerated branch where clients will be happy to go and carry out their transactions from.
