Time to pull up your socks MTN

Editor, I would like to express my concerns about the mobile telephone services given from MTN Rwanda. Calls to external networks like UTL in Uganda are not possible. Whenever a number is dialed, the phone screen displays that the call is going through and that the other person has picked up but this isn’t so.

I would like to express my concerns about the mobile telephone services given from MTN Rwanda. Calls to external networks like UTL in Uganda are not possible. Whenever a number is dialed, the phone screen displays that the call is going through and that the other person has picked up but this isn’t so.

There is silence all through and no communication can occur. Both the caller and receiver cannot hear each other speak.

What is even worse is that such failed calls are charged. Efforts to contact customer care have been useless because the line is always busy.

It is very frustrating and time wasting because one then has to resort to other means of contacting their friends, relatives and colleagues.

It is time for action to be taken so MTN please pull up your socks!!!
