Equity Market

Yesterday the Rwanda OTC market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.  The KCB shares remained at Rwf 172. At the end of the session, 1,015 shares were on offer and no buyers.

Wednesday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 243,000 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of Rwf22.50 (Rwf169) and Ksh22.00 (Rwf165) and closed at Ksh22.00 (Rwf165). The NSE All share index went up +1.12 points to close at 78.43.

The Bond Market:

Today the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.  There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf100.50 but no buyers.
