I am utterly moved by the commitment and strength Rwandans have proved over the just concluded nationwide construction of classrooms in an attempt to fully attain the 9YBE goals.

Sincerely this is a sign of a united nation committed towards writing a new chapter in the history of this country.

It is a great achievement to have over 3000 classrooms erected in the shortest period of time.

As I thank the concerned parties, I would like also to send my plea to other government officials just to be brave enough like MINEDUC, and utilize the resources we have to build other sectors in our country.

Imagine what it would be if the same zeal and motivation is applied in building hospitals and clinics around the country!

By applying this method of approach based on community involvement, infrastructure will be maintained and developed which is a sure deal to reaping from our efforts to develop our nation of Rwanda.
