As a Rwandan who was terrorised about the prospect of a swine flu pandemic in our country, I want to take the opportunity to thank the good doctors and officials in the Ministry of Health for pushing the pandemic back.

I’m sure that the task wasn’t easy, but you have shown a very high standard of professionalism and dedication.

And while you might not always get the recognistion that you deserve, I would like to send you my utmost gratitude.
