Editor, This letter is in reference to the article in yesterday’s issue of your newspaper regarding the decline in Rwanda’s tourism figures. It is my firm belief that the Indian Outbound Travel Market may well be the answer to Rwanda’s decline and with a reasonable investment in the Indian market Rwanda will get an optimum return; therefore increasing Indian arrivals in Rwanda and enhancing foreign exchange earnings for the country.
Editor,
This letter is in reference to the article in yesterday’s issue of your newspaper regarding the decline in Rwanda’s tourism figures.
Rwanda Renaissance would be very happy to assist Rwanda Development Board in achieving this objective.
Countries which have looked and invested in the Indian
Outbound Travel Market have derived tremendous benefit from it and Rwanda would be no exception.
It is a known fact that Indians spend a great amount of money when travelling. Indian visitors are among the highest spenders even in countries like Singapore and the UK.
If RDB is interested, we would like to assist in enhancing visitor arrivals from
India to Rwanda - the Land of a Million Smiles!
