Equity Market

Yesterday the Rwanda OTC market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.  The KCB shares remained at Rwf 172. At the end of the session, 1,215 shares were on offer and no buyers.

Monday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 143,200 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of 23.00 Kshs (173 Rfw) and 22.50 Kshs (Rwf170) and closed at 22.75 Kshs (172 Rfw).

The NSE All share index went up   + 0.20 points to close at 80.02.

The Bond Market:

Today the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.  There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50 but no buyers.
