Editor,

There is an email circulating in the Washington DC area about a gang that is placing a baby car-seat on the side of the highways knowing that motorists will definitely stop to help.

The real baby (in the car seat) is covered in fake blood to simulate injuries requiring urgent attention. When passing motorists stop the distressed "mother” emerges from the surrounding bush accompanied by armed hoodlums. The motorists are then robbed.

Imagine endangering the life of an innocent baby just to make a quick buck; but then that is exactly what the 1994 Genocidaires did, casually sacrificing the lives of one million innocent Rwandans at the altar of hate politics.

They still do not care who gets exterminated as long as they end up on top. The disgusting truth emerging through Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza is that these people have not yet registered the global revulsion towards their violence.

Butamire Pan discerned the truth in his article where he wrote that Victoire Ingabire Umohoza is just another "car-seat baby” whose belligerence is designed to draw the attention of passing Rwandans while the real hoodlums supervise the "hijacking operations” from behind the bushes.

One of these days she will find herself totally ostracized around the global village like Pauline Nyiramasuhuko and their fugitive mentor, Agathe Kanziga Habyarimana
