Midfielder Saida Ntagisanimana was the star of the match after scoring four goals. New signing Mefya Hakizimana and Captain Chadia Uwamahirwe netted three each while Claudine Murorunkwere and Esther Amuri grabbed a goal each to seal the city council side’s biggest win in their club history.

In the other games, APR looked rusty after being held to a surprising 1-1 draw by new club GS Remera Rukoma.
Inyemera put two past Ruhango while Rubavu saw off Rambura after a 4-2 victory.
