In your News paper allow me to ask the concerned parties to bring for us traffic police at Kabeza road. Am writing this relating to the recent accident which occurred last week in which four people were killed.

As some one who saw the incident happening this is caused by high speeding of motorcycles and cars because this road is under construction since it had loop holes  and now cleared vehicles and motor vehicles over speed.

Several accidents have been happening on this Road so we kindly request the government of Rwanda to deploy traffic police on this road before many people loose their lives.
