Editor,

Remarks made by Presidential Victoire Ingabire at the Gisozi genocide memory are simply disparaging and an insult not only to the survivors of Genocide but to every Rwandan who has been part of post reconstruction of this nation.

Rwandans have tasted the fruits of good governance and reflections on the bitter part of our history makes every Rwandan more zealous in protecting what the nation has achieved.

Anyone who would want to use rhetoric of the very people, who brought this country to its knees, 15 years ago, should not be given a platform.

Any politician eager on promoting sectarianism and divisionism, keen on taking us many steps backward has no place in the Rwanda that everybody prides in today.
The laws are clear and must be respected.
