I start the weekend on Friday evening as soon as I leave the office.
I join my friends usually at Alpha Palace in Remera. I enjoy the evening with them until 9p.m when I get back home.
On Saturday, I wake up at 5a.m and say a prayer. I also do some exercise for about half an hour. After I have had breakfast, I get to Sana radio to conduct The East African Beat show from 10a.m to 1p.m.
Although I sometimes go to restaurants for lunch, I usually enjoy it at home. I mostly enjoy bread, chips and rice for the weekend. I also attend weddings if I am invited.
On Sunday, I go for prayers at Restoration Church in Kimisagara. At mid-day, I go for lunch at Karibu Restaurant in town.
I finally get to spend the rest of my time at home watching movies, and organizing for Monday. I have supper at 9p.m and get to be at 10p.m.
That’s my weekend for you.
