The scenes of carnage in Port au Prince’s streets are nightmarish. Children crushed in schools, patients dying as hospitals fell atop of them and a totally collapsed the presidential palace. Honestly, I sometimes wonder if God is fair. I mean, how much more can that countries people take?

It’s the poorest nation is the Western Hemisphere, it has just been recently ravaged by a hurricane and its government is barely holding on for dear life.

I think they need a break. I wish I could do something practical but that isn’t possible. That is why I’m encouraging all the people of faith in this nation, to pray for the people of Haiti.

We mustn’t just look at the news, shrug our shoulders, and move on. Even though we can’t send some supplies, I believe that there should be a prayer telephone for those unfortunate people.
