The minister of Education should first revise and upgrade the learning standards of sciences in schools before jumping for bursary repayments.

While the government is emphasizing and indeed trying to develop science and technology, schools don’t have the necessary science laboratories and experts to teach the lessons.

The minister should instead solve the root cause of failure to develop good engineers and doctors who can save the country from poverty.

However, those who got the bursary loans should pay back so that even others study. But the minister should caution SFAR on the criteria of loans.

Education is completely an entire right and freedom entitled to every human and any contraventions are total injustices which should be done away.
