B-Loon is a Rwandan artist who has cemented his name in the local entertainment scene with his sweet mellow voice. Ngenzi Boncoeur aka B-Loon was born in 1989 in Kigali. He studied at Don Bosco IFAK in Kimihurura. 

B-Loon was born with the love for music and started composing his own songs at an early age of ten. However it was not until in 2007 when he came to the limelight with his single ‘Mpenzi Lili’.

It was an instant hit and after his successful debut song he crossed the border to Tanzania from where he met the internationally acclaimed Mr. Blue. 

The two good friends teamed up to produce ‘Ndani ya club’ in 2008. After the release of the song, B-Loon underwent a barren spell in his career where he encountered a lot of difficulties which he says he would rather not reveal.

Early 2009, he returned home and started rebuilding his music career and in March he released the popular ‘Intimba y’urukundo’ at Narrow Rock Production.

Two months later he released its video which was at the top ten video hits at the national television for six weeks. 

B-Loon has so far released five popular hits including ‘Ni Wowe’ which he released in October and is currently working on releasing the long awaited ‘Kure y’amaso’ which he promises will thrill his fans. He also assures his loyal fans that by mid this year he will have released an album for them.
