Editor,

I read with a lot of interest your articles on the CEOs Manager of the year 2009.

It was quite a very interesting innovation and a breakaway from the usual stories of Gorillas, coffee, tea and ICT.

However I believe you were compromised. If not, then why was your list dominated by telecoms and banks?

Among the nominees, should have been some interesting candidates like the CEO of Automobile Guarantee Fund (AGF)?

Next time you make such a project please involve the public more.

Editor,

A majority of the nominees in your ‘CEO of the Year 2009’ article are foreigners, which I think should be a cue to our own local CEO’s.

However I was impressed that Henry Gapari was recognized among the top five.

Does that therefore mean that he is the top Rwandan CEO of the year 2009 ‘?

I have some disputes with the inclusion of Edward Yin of A-Link and the Gahaya Links duo though.
