I would like to add my voice to the long list of Kicukiro residents that have complained about the dusty Kicukiro-Niboye road. For a long time residents of this area have requested the concerned authorities to construct the road in vain. Frankly the situation here is terrible.

We are practically eating dust in the dry seasons while it gets so muddy during the rainy seasons. At least by the end of 2010, this problem should be resolved once and for all.
