For a long period of time, I saw The New Times as little different from Imvaho. I assumed that is was simply an English newspaper for job seekers, like Imvaho is to those who prefer to buy Kinyarwanda newspapers

Now things have changed. There are many interesting articles, but the most prominent change is the editorial cartoon, which is now drawn by Seif.

I can not resist the cartoon. When I really want to start my day with smile, I look for Seif in The New Times!

Therefore, I would like to meet Seif and talk to him. Please, may I have his personal contacts ( mobile phoe and e-mail)?
