Ghana's Black Stars head coach Otto Addo is satisfied with his team following the 3-2 victory over South Korea at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan on Monday, November 28.
The Black Stars put up a decent show as a brace from Mohammed Kudus and one from Mohammed Salisu ensured a hard fought win over the South Koreans.
Addo is happy with his team though he said that his they struggled a bit after South Korea coach Paulo Bento varied his tactics.
"I am satisfied with the result of getting three points. In the beginning of the game, Korea put pressure on us, but we took the lead with a good free kick," Addo said at the post match presser.
"The opponent changed tactics after the first half, but we struggled because we couldn't block Korea's cross. However, our spirit was strong, so we scored the third goal. I wish we had scored the fourth goal, but in the end we won. I am satisfied."
Ghana now have their destiny in their own hands ahead of the game against sworn rivals Uruguay on Friday, December 2.
A win or draw for Ghana in that game will see the West Africans in the last 16 as Uruguay lost 2-0 to Portugal in their second game.
