This was revealed on Friday, by the company’s Chief Executive Officer Nathan Loyd, while addressing his team of engineers and managers at his company site in Eastern province.
DN international staff was attending training at La palisse hotel in Gashora sector Bugesera district.
Nathan Loyd said the good investment climate enabled his firm to complete a housing project comprising 28 houses in Masaka Gasabo district, worth Rwf 55 million. He said they are now pushing to complete an additional 50 houses in Rusororo- Mulindi worth US$ 5.5 million.
"Our firm undertakes serious construction projects targeting the middle upper class clients. That is why we need smooth procedures within our project sites as we process our production systems for the purposes of completion at set time frames”.
The CEOsays that he preferred to invest in Rwanda because the country is tough on corruption.
"I enjoy the dynamic leadership of Rwanda. I want to be part of the process, which is why, I never thought of other countries where corruption goes on unchecked”.
Saad Ngabo the Sales and marketing manager of the firm said that any delays in customs clearing processes has adverse effects on the over all performance of investors within real estate.
DN International officials say they are training more locals to take up various roles in the company for the purposes of offering job opportunities to those in need of employment.
