She devotes most of her time acting and doing charitable work, especially in Rwanda and Burundi she says she has a special link with Michelle Obama (the First Lady of USA).
"I don’t have a specific idol because I believe that all powerful people are like others. But I do admire Michelle Obama,” Rolland said, "I like the way she conducts herself.
We’ve seen so many First Ladies, and the way they are so stiff in public. But for Michelle, she knows how to play her cards in the political and social life.”
Rolland who has starred in a number of movies says that her philosophy is to make a big difference between fame and reality.
"I strive to impact and build people’s lives before I leave this world because I don’t want to have regrets that I wasn’t able to help when I could have.”
Rolland stars in the second season of ‘Les Invicibles’, she is also shooting a film ‘Moloch Tropical’, with Raoul Peck the director of ‘Sometimes in April.’
