Although his club currently lies in the sixth position of Group A in the second division, Kibuye coach Hamza Rwabukwisi is not panicking yet.

The Western Province side was relegated from the top flight last season and has looked far from convincing in their first two opening games, having lost to Nyanza and only a last minute grasp winner against Pepiniere saw them register their first win.

And the 42-year-old coach is determined to have his team back on a winning streak that will aid their pursuit of returning to the top flight next season.

He said, "The most difficult thing is qualifying for the top flight, because there are 16  teams fighting for only two spots.”

"But I have cautioned my players to avoid complacency and treat every team with respect, that is the only way we will achieve our target of returning where we belong,” a confident Rwabukwisi told Times Sport.

Rwabukwisi’s next opponents are the current league leaders Sorwathe at Gatwaro stadium on Saturday.
