I read the letter of one reader (cranberryclouds@msn.com) in yesterday’s issue of the newspaper, complaining about the lack of feedback from the Rwanda Development Board.

The Rwanda Development Board has always been extremely pro-active and I’m sure they will respond to you the reader’s query.

However, one must realise that we are almost in the Christmas Season when a large number of persons in any organisation, both officers and staff, are given leave.

Furthermore, RDB is maybe still studying the investment proposal, so that they can give an appropriate reply to your reader.

Investments in Rwanda are definitely on the rise and any suitable proposal will, without any doubt, be considered favourably.

Back to RDB again, where in the world can one get a business registration done in 24 hours? In Rwanda, with the high level of efficiency at the RDB, this is possible and a reality.
