The CAF Medical Commission boss, Adoume Djibrine told Times Sport that they have inspected the country and everything is set.
"We visited Angola last month and everything is in place as far as hosting the tournament is concerned,”
"We were impressed by the work done on stadiums, hotels and the general infrastructure. There is nothing to fear in terms of preparations,” Djibrine said.
The Chadian also added that security is in place and believes Angola will host one of the most successful tournaments in Africa.
The 27th edition is scheduled to run from January 10 - 30.
Ten of the 16 teams that qualified for Angola were also present at the Ghana 2008 African Cup of Nations joined by Algeria, Gabon, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Togo, and Malawi.
