Man arrested over rape
NYAGATARE - Police in Tabagwe sector in Nyagatare district last week arrested a 43-year-old man, Mustafa Nsekanabaza for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl. Police say Nsekanabaza committed the crime in neighbouring Uganda where the girl had visited her relatives.

NYAGATARE - Police in Tabagwe sector in Nyagatare district last week arrested a 43-year-old man, Mustafa Nsekanabaza for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl.
Police say Nsekanabaza committed the crime in neighbouring Uganda where the girl had visited her relatives.
Ugandan police arrested the suspect before handing him and the victim to Rwanda, police said.
According to police, the suspect is a second time offender who had eluded arrest after committing a similar crime in Rubavu district in the Western Province.
Speaking from the police station, the suspect admitted to the crime, claiming he was driven by evil spirits.
