From 17 October to 5 November my husband and I spent our holidays in Rwanda.

Everything was arranged with Vincent from International Tour and Travelling (ITT), from the car rental, hotel reservations, gorilla permits, among many other things.

It is a pleasure for us to inform you and the Rwandan public that everything went smoothly and well due to the service orientated support from ITT’s employee Vincent.

He has been extremely friendly, reacted immediately to all our emails and helped us to find the best solution for our expectations.

In Kigali he picked us up at the airport, advised us on what to visit in Rwanda and was always very helpful and forthcoming. He guided us to various sites of interest in Kigali and he was able to provide us with comprehensive background information.

During our self-drive tour all over the country he regularly phoned us and asked if everything was ok and if we needed any form of assistance.

He also arranged to change a hotel according to our wish when we changed our plans on short notice. Back in Kigali he arranged immediate assistance when the battery of our car was empty. During the three weeks in Rwanda he became more of a friend than a tour operator.

We congratulate ITT to have such an excellent employee and we will strongly recommend the company and specifically Vincent to all our friends when considering to travel to Rwanda.

To be honest, we did not expect such an absolutely professional, reliable and friendly service in Rwanda.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful country and we are pleased to see that Rwanda has developed so well. We think that young people like Vincent are the basis of this success story.
