It is not about the English language
It is common knowledge that being a learned person does not by any chance mean that one has to speak fluent English.

It is common knowledge that being a learned person does not by any chance mean that one has to speak fluent English.
However, it surprises me that even today many people think this way.
As far as Rwanda is concerned that should not be the case because there are different languages used.
So, I request the show-offs out there to silence their worthless talk of being highly learned because of the English they speak.
People should feel free to express themselves in what ever language they feel comfortable.
