The Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative’s reports means nothing

Editor,
I happened to read the report that was written by the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, and I feel that there is a concerted effort to tarnish Rwanda’s name and torpedo its bid to join the Commonwealth.
The fact of the matter is this. Certain international forces understand that Rwanda is a proud African nation that is willing to refuse the status quo that wishes to keep Africa poor and down trodden.
The authors of this report refuse to see the truth that Rwanda has, despite many hurdles, continued to move forward. And honestly, I think your efforts will come to naught.
