I join others as they mourn the demise of our beloved old boy Hon Omwony Ojwok, who has been Uganda’s state minister for planning as well as a Member of Parliament.

  He has been one of the distinguished old boys of Ntare School and therefore his untimely death is a big blow to Ntare School, where he has been regarded as one of the few hardworking old boys.

He has been a brilliant, selfless and a simple gentleman. His contribution towards the development of his country and Ntare School in particular, will always be remembered especially the debating club of Ntare School.

His sonic daring of taking his school to new heights couldn’t fail even to amaze the most ardent fans.

Anyway no single word can capture the magnitude of this devastating loss. Let’s pray for his soul to rest in eternal peace and God to guide his family during these trying moments.
