I wake-up at 6a.m, have a morning glory and shower. I have breakfast and organize to set off for work. From home in Kacyiru, it takes me about 10 minutes to get to the workplace.
As soon as I reach work, I inspect the whole place to ensure that everything is in order.
I then get on to check on the records of the closing stock to see if the stock is adequate. This also helps me to note the opening stock.
I make requisitions if necessary and get on to check on cleanliness of the place. This is also the same time I ensure that all that is on our menu is available.
I normally have lunch at around 3p.m when I believe everything is right. I work until mid-night.
I have supper at the work place and go home. I take some time noting some things at home.
It may be either private or reflecting on the day’s work.
I get to bed at 1a.m
