Friday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange, a total of 232,100 shares were traded. KCB shares traded within the range of 20.00 Kshs (Rwf151) high and Ksh19.50 (Rfw148) low and closed at Ksh19.85 (Rfw150). The NSE All share index went up +0.31 points to close at 67.68.
Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange and the Uganda Securities Exchange did not trade KCB shares.
The Bond Market:
On the bond market no transactions were recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf2 billion and Rwf5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.
There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf100.50.
