Films Without Borders will give youth between the ages of 15-18 the opportunity of learning the first steps of film-making, whilst creating a dialogue, learning about themselves, and finally accomplishing their first subtitled short film.

The films are to be screened at international film festivals, thus giving the film makers the opportunity to become ambassadors for their respective countries.

The project is sponsored by Screen International and Freud Communications, Lord Puttnam, Sir David Frost, and Sir Roger Moore.
