I would like to take this opportunity to condemn  all those leaders who haven’t declared their wealth as the law provides.

I’m personally amazed that more than 400 government leaders haven’t declared their wealth to the Ombudsman’s office.

I believe that if some of these irresponsible leaders suffered a few nights in detention or maybe even lost their jobs, then the rest would start following the letter of the law. Maybe its time that Mzee Rutaremara showed his ‘fangs’.

Some people need to face the full force of the law. This issue must be solved, as quickly as possible.
