Water shortages can be solved

I am not sure whether this is the right rainy season since we have always had dry season up to September but wonder how we could get rains late July and early August. All in all we need the rains and should play that the seasons are changing for the better.

We should not wait for the government to put public water reservoirs for us, any one can so it especially those owning houses to prevent their house from getting spoilt by water run-offs.

We have seen deep galleys created by soil erosion and believe me no one would be happy if he wake and found his house eaten away by water run-offs.

I would suggest that all those people who own houses try to protect them from water run-offs from house tops. One can build a concrete water reservoir which can keep water for months.

That water can well be used during a dry season and we shall have minimal cries about ELECTROGAZ’s unfair water distribution during these months.
