Recently, the United Nations High Commission for Refugees decided that by the end of 2011 all Rwandans who still live in other countries as refugees should be repatriated.

This decision is one of the best that I have heard. Especeially considering thatsome of our compatriots have denied themselves the benefits of the new Rwanda.

There is no reason why people should be called refugees when there is no reason to be seeking ‘refuge’ status.

Let those ‘refugees’ come home and help the country move forward even faster.
